The 雅典娜·斯旺宪章 recognises the advancement of gender equality: 表示, 所有人的进步和成功
ECU的 雅典娜·斯旺宪章 was originally established in 2005 to encourage 和 recognise commitment to advancing the careers of women in science, 技术, 工程, maths 和 medicine (STEMM) employment in higher education 和 research.
In May 2015 the 雅典娜·斯旺宪章 was exp和ed to recognise work undertaken in arts, 人文学科, 社会科学, 商业和法律(AHSSBL), 以及专业和支持角色, 对跨性别员工和学生也是如此. The charter now recognises work undertaken to address gender equality more broadly, 和 not just barriers to progression that affect women.
The 雅典娜·斯旺宪章 covers women (和 men where appropriate) in:

In 2018 the U2电竞体育平台 received the 雅典娜天鹅 Bronze Award.
This award demonstrates our commitment to advancing gender equality across all academic disciplines, for our 专业及支援人员 和 our 跨性别教职员及学生.
The application 和 associated action plan were developed by a self-assessment team chaired by 约翰-保罗·威尔逊博士, Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor 研究, who is also senior lead for 雅典娜天鹅 with 麦琪·安德鲁斯教授 作为雅典娜·斯旺的学术领导. This team will now oversee the delivery of our 雅典娜天鹅行动计划.
